About the course:
We draw on ancient teachings, research into wisdom and Carolynโs science background in this new course. These, together with mindfulness, lead to a wise awareness that illuminates our experience. The course broadens our perspective by looking at how our views affect our lives. We learn how deliberate self-reflection leads to emotional intelligence. How seeing the bigger picture helps when making decisions that affect others as well as ourselves. How we can better manage change and uncertainty.
The course includes opportunities to deepen our understanding and practice of mindfulness meditation. We provide audio resources for home practice, as well as a mainly silent โretreatโ session.
