We will be welcoming Vīryadāka back from his Ordination retreat to the Brighton Buddhist Centre at a very special evening, next Wednesday 7th October, 7pm to 9pm in the Top Shrine Room.
Please do come and join us to welcome Vīryadāka back as our newest Order Member and hear him and Maitridarshin talk about the experience of ordination and what it means personally, to the Brighton Buddhist Centre and to our order.
All very welcome, no need to book, by donation.
Brendan Rimmer from the Brighton Buddhist Centre becomes Vīryadāka (long i and long second a), a Sanskrit name meaning “He who gives energy”. He was ordained by his Private preceptor, Maitridarshin at Guhyaloka Retreat Centre in Spain on Thursday 24th September.
