The Taste of Freedom

10 August from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm

The Taste of Freedom โ€“ Sunday August 10th, 10.30am โ€“ 4.30pm.

A day of meditation and exploration of the open dimension of being.

The Buddha taught that pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional: if we allow ourselves to let go of the stories we tell ourselves, we can be free. But are we afraid of freedom? What is the true cost of clinging to those aspects of ourselves that seem to make us unique? Who would we be without our story?

Join us for a day of meditation, reflective and writing exercises and discover the taste of freedom.

Suitable for those with a regular meditation practice.

Led by Vidyadhara and Maitrivajra
