Jump in at the deep end and take your meditation practice to the next level, Inspired by the teachings of Paramananda and Vessantara, this course is designed to bring creative and intuitive energy to our practice.

Whether you are just starting out or have a regular practice you are warmly invited to come along and explore these three essential elements with a kindly curiosity.
