Maybe you’ve heard some mantra chanting at the Buddhist Centre, or witnessed some ritual on a Festival Day. Intrigued? Want to know more? Then this is the course for you.
‘Puja’ is the name given to devotional practice within our Movement. It is an act of ritual and receptivity, in which we open ourselves up to the transcendental: the mythic realm of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Many people find this a powerful experience as we chant together and relax into the mystery and beauty.
No previous experience is required, but if you have been to pujas before, you may be seeking a deeper connection. We aim to answer all your questions and the keyword is ‘Enjoyment.’
