Eva has studied yoga for over 16 years and has completed training in several different forms of yoga including Vajrasati and Yoga Gita. Eva combines traditional yoga with a strong emphasis on awareness and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, her classes are gentle but deep and focus on rebalancing and harmonising BODY, BREATH and MIND [โฆ]
Pablo has been teaching Yoga since 2009. He recently completed a 2 year, 500+ hours (YAUK) teacher training with the Vajrasati school.
