Eva has studied yoga for over 16 years and has completed training in several different forms of yoga including Vajrasati and Yoga Gita. Eva combines traditional yoga with a strong emphasis on awareness and mindfulness. For those with an established meditation practice This class is for you if you already have some meditation experience. We practise together in silence. The hour is usually split into two meditations separated by a short break. Each meditation is preceded by a reading or a poem but no teaching is involved once the practice [โฆ]

This is an open class with fully led practices. We start with an introduction to the mindfulness of breathing and a guided 30 minute practice. Then we do a 20 minute walking meditation. There is a short practical Dharma talk or mantra which leads us into the Metta Bhavana Practice. The session concludes with transference [โฆ]
