A day led by and for people identifying as GSRD, with meditation, talks, discussion groups and ritual, focusing on inclusivity and deepening friendships. Bring vegan lunch to share – no booking required, participation by donation. Come for the entire day or as much as you can. Suitable at any level of practice.
We will celebrate this precious human life in style and utilise Buddhist texts and practices to help us acknowledge who we are and welcome all aspects of ourselves onto the path we are treading. Let ‘s share our journey we are taking individually and collectively towards Awakening and spend a day together as a spiritual community.
