Friday Night Puja – in person at the Brighton Buddhist Centre

You are warmly invited to weekly in-person Puja at Brighton Buddhist Centre.

Doors open 6.15pm for prompt 6.30pm start. Ends at 7.45pm.

The evening will consist of a short meditation, a short talk on puja, the performance of the Sevenfold Puja, and ending in Noble Silence.

Reluctant or unsure about Puja? Come with curiosity, questions and an openness to explore this essential element of Buddhist practice.
