The Worldly Winds
This course is offered across a period of 6 weeks on 3 alternate Saturdays: Saturday 1st March, Saturday 15th March and Saturday 29th March
This three day course will introduce you to two core meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the cultivation of Loving Kindness. We will be looking at the Buddha’s teachings on the “Worldly Winds” – how we are tossed around in our lives by four pairs of opposites: Pleasure and Pain, Gain and Loss, Praise and Blame, Fame and Disgrace.
