An Introduction to Buddhist Meditation Course

Four Saturday afternoons 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st January 2025
2pm to 4pm

Start the new year with that resolution to learn the two meditation practices we teach here at the Buddhist Centre – the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. Learn the “nuts and bolts” of the practices, plus posture, dealing with distractions and setting up a regular home practice.

Suitable for complete beginners, but those who already know the practices and would like more help and input are also very welcome.
