Ady GriffithsMeditation can help us to develop greater awareness in our lives. With greater awareness we can begin to free ourselves from limiting habitual reactions and encourage a more creative life. As well as drop-in classes we offer a range of Meditation and Buddhism Courses, courses for coping with depression, stress and anxiety and also a new course on living well with pain and illness.
