Introductory meditation drop-in classesLevel 1: for newcomers

You are welcome to drop in to these introductory classes where there will be short led meditations and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. No need to book or phone. Just arrive before the start times.

Tuesday
1.15pm - 1.45pm
cost: £3 (£2 conc.)

Wednesday
1.00pm - 2.00pm cost: by donation
7.30pm - 9.30pm cost: by donation

Thursday
1.15pm - 1.45pm
cost: £3 (£2 conc.)

Saturday Mornings
11.00am - 1.00 pm
cost: £5 (£3 conc.)

This Saturday drop-in class introduces meditation and Buddhism. Each month the practices of mindfulness of breathing, loving kindness, body awareness and just sitting are taught on different weeks.

The Drop-In Classes can give a very good introduction to the three practices that we teach, but the best way to establish a personal practice is to attend one of our 7 Week Courses.

For those familiar with the basics of meditation. Ongoing drop-in class to inform and support our meditation practice.

Meditation Classes in WorthingLevel 1: for newcomers

Friends of the Brighton Buddhist Centre also run classes in Worthing on Thursday evenings, 7.30 - 9.00pm.

The venue is the Friends Meeting House, 34 Mill Road.

Meditation Classes in EastbourneLevel 1: for newcomers

Buddhist meditation on Thursday lunchtimes, 1.00pm - 1.55pm, with Dharmavandana at the Yoga-Life Studio, upstairs in the Enterprise Centre, next to Eastbourne Station.

Just turn up - no booking required.

There are also regular drop-ins on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings as well as other special events. For information about venues, etc,
