This Month: Who is Sangharakshita?

Led by the Young People’s Group team and an Order Member.
An open run of sessions over the last weekend of each month for young people 18 -35 yrs.
With fully led meditation practices, study and friendship! This is a space to explore Buddhist teachings in daily life.
These sessions can be attended individually or together to create a progressive introductory course. They would also be useful refresher for anyone who has studied and practised with this material before.
