DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE – THIS RETREAT IS NOW SOLD OUT \nFrom the evening of  Friday 11th September to the afternoon of Sunday 13th September at Rivendell Retreat Centre. \nIf you love to practise puja and enjoy devotional practice this weekend will deepen things. If you really don’t enjoy devotional practice but want to understand it better this weekend will help. \nA deep dive weekend into the Sevenfold Puja\, as practice\, on and off the cushion. We will be meditating together in the mornings and engaging in puja periodically through the day. As well as time to study and explore the origins and text of the puja in discussion groups. We will also be eating together and relaxing in the Sussex countryside. \nI look forward to deepening our understanding of one of our main devotional texts in the Triratna Buddhist community. \nPlease note that this reteat is aimed at Sangha members who know the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices – not suitable for beginners. \nPlease also note\, the single room is no longer available. \n Watch a video of Sthanashraddha introducing the retreat. \nLed by Sthanashraddha and team
