We host occasional Open Days or Open Afternoons at The Brighton Buddhist Centre.
These are open to anyone who wishes to find out more about what we do – whether it’s about meditation, yoga, ethics, dharma practice, beliefs or lifestyles. It’s an opportunity for people to see the beauty of a Buddhist shrine, experience the calm of the shrine room and talk with people practicing Buddhism.
You can try out meditation and yoga, guided by our teachers and visit our bookshop and library.
We usually offer a public talk on aspects of Buddhism and you can meet and talk to members of the Triratna Buddhist Order and others in our community.
There will be refreshments available.
