Yoga Class Testimonials

“I’ve done Yoga at the Brighton Buddhist Centre with a number of teachers and learnt something new from each one. Many thanks!

“I have attended different yoga classes owing to my work pattern. Each has been really good with all teachers being welcoming and providing individual guidance with poses and postures. I recommend the Buddhist Centre for Yoga”

Special Note for Pregnant women

Please note if your are pregnant we recommend attending Pregnancy Yoga classes elsewhere (we don’t offer these specialist classes sorry!), there are a few in Brighton. Not all Yoga teachers  have thorough training in this specialist area, or understanding to respond to the needs of pregnant woman, and there are a few contra-indications to practicing yoga when pregnant, whilst Tabitha and Jim are capable and able in this area please contact them directly to discuss suitability.
