A Yoga and meditation morning exploring the relationship between Hatha Yoga and Buddhist meditation.
Including Vidyadasa’s usual flowing series of postures combined with meditative awareness and Buddhist meditation practices we teach at the Centre : Mindfulness of Breathing, Loving Kindness and Just Sitting.
Vidyadasa’s Yoga classes include simple, effective contemporary explorations of Hatha yoga postures.
You will find yourself moving fluidly and easily through postures, improving flexibility & freedom of movement, whilst creating a deep sense of awareness, sensitivity and strength.
The Yoga and Meditation mornings often include elements of Embodying Yoga Principles and a few partner yoga postures , working with another person to assist us in a posture, its a lot of fun (and you can always opt out of that part if you really wanted to).
