A Mindfulness Yoga Morning
with Buddhist Yoga teacher Suḍāka (from Bodhiyoga).
Bodhiyoga are a team of Yoga teachers who normally teach in Spain but Suḍāka is visiting Brighton for this workshop. Come along and explore Mindfulness Yoga with him.
Through two carefully designed sequences, we will explore what it means to integrate mindfulness, “Satipatthana” into our hatha yoga posture practice. The latter sequence will especially address muscular-skeletal problems in the lower back.
Sudaka, one of the founders of the Bodhiyoga Mindfulness Yoga teacher training (www.bodhiyoga.es), and has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years, combining his work with his Buddhist practice. He was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2001.
This workshop is open to all levels and will be especially attractive to those interested in the interdisciplinary practices of yoga, meditation and applied Buddhism through mindfulness.
