Introductory Meditation Course
Wednesdays 7 March to 11 April
Our introductory meditation course offers a practical introduction to the two main forms of meditation practiced at Brighton Buddhist Centre. We will learn a mindfulness meditation, and a meditation whose focus is on cultivating positive emotion, as well exploring the key Buddhist ideas that underpin meditation.
Open to all. (Daytime course also available).
