This Beginners Yoga course is suitable for complete beginners or experienced practitioners wishing to go back to basics. The course will guide students through a range of yoga asanas (postures) with thorough, simple guidance. Yoga props and modifications of postures will be used where necessary. The course will weave in yoga philosophy in a digestible, spacious form so the students can experience an introduction (or continuation) into the wonderful teachings of yoga in a modern accessible fun and relaxing form.
About Khadine Morcom:
Khadine has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2004. She is a Senior Teacher in the Vajrasati Yoga School and assists on the teacher training course. Her classes are deep, kind and fun and her passion for the whole field of yoga, along with her warm nature, make classes with her uplifting and inspiring. Her studies in yoga have been with a wide range of international teachers and she finds inspiration in fusing yogic philosophy and embodied practice together.
