26 September The Joy
of Awareness Vajradevi
10.30am - 4.30pm
Day Retreat on the Satipatthana Sutta
for those with at least one year's meditation experience. A
day of practice, input and discussion drawing from the Satipatthana Sutta.
Vajradevi was pivotal in the creation of the
Akashavana retreat centre in Spain and has studied on retreats in Burma
and the US with renowned teachers in mindfulness.

Dancing to recorded music with sitting meditation to develop greater
body awareness and to integrate moving with the body with meditation practice

Paramandana
10.30am - 4.30pm
A day of meditation focussing on the body and heart. Paramananda is an
experienced and much-loved meditation teacher and the author of several
books. He has a contemporary voice and accessible way of communicating
the Dharma and meditation, and emphasises the body and the imagination
in our practice.
