Country Walks
left to right - Sikka, Padmapani, Mekta, Lynn (hidden) and Duncan (organisers) and Karunamegha

All year round friends of the Brighton Buddhist Centre get together on the last Sunday of the month for a walk in the country. These outings are called 'Sangha Walks'. The one above, on December 30th, was from Exceat, down the estuary of the River Cuckmere, along the Seven Sisters, cutting across to West Dean for lunch then back through Friston Forest. Dogs and children are also welcome on the walks. We always walk at the pace of the slowest person in the group and take rest stops.
